Mode of Action:
Quizalofop Ethyl 10% EC is a selective, systemic herbicide from the Aryloxy Phenoxy-propionate group. It effectively controls a wide range of narrow-leaved grassy weeds including annual and perennial grasses that compete with crops for nutrients, water, and sunlight. By inhibiting Acetyl CoA Carboxylase (ACCase), it disrupts fatty acid synthesis, leading to the death of grassy weeds with minimal impact on broadleaf crops.
